Most of our coach tours depart from This is Holland, Overhoeksplein 51 in Amsterdam-Noord, where you check in with our team. The boat cruises of Amsterdam Boat Cruises depart from the pier at the Badhuiskade, near the A'DAM Toren and This is Holland. From Amsterdam Centraal, take the free F3 ferry to Buiksloterweg.
Some tours have a different departure location, such as Schiphol (Arrivals Hall 4, Met en Co desk) or the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal, or several pick-up points in the Netherlands. The departure location is always shown on the tour page and in your booking confirmation.
Yes. You can cancel most tours free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. For Formula 1, André Rieu, the flower parades, the Christmas markets and Paris, the period is 72 hours. The cancellation period is also shown on the tour page.
During the Keukenhof season, our Keukenhof tours from Amsterdam depart from This is Holland between 08:00 and 16:00. The available times differ per tour; you choose your departure when booking. The last return journey from Keukenhof leaves at 19:00.

In 2027, Keukenhof is open from Thursday 18 March to Sunday 9 May, daily from 08:00 to 19:00. Last admission is at 18:15.

Please arrive at the departure point on time. If there is a meeting time during the tour, make sure you are back on time. The tour may continue without you if you are not there.
